If you purchased your Flexlite product from one of our retailers, you must provide a copy of your original purchase invoice.


Before returning your Flexlite product, have you tried to fix the problem by consulting our section HELP AND INFORMATION ? Often these simple tips can help you to fix the problem and save you time and money.


When we have received your completed form, a RMA number will be emailed to you. Please allow 3 to 5 business days to receive your RMA number. When you will receive your RMA number, please send us your lamp and all accessories, and indicate your RMA number on your package

Additional information

Allow 5-10 business days for your RMA to be processed. You will receive a quote for repair or replacement costs. We will not make any repairs until we have received your written approval.

If the breakage or problem is covered by the warranty, the repair and transport costs to return your product to you are free.

If the breakage is not covered by the warranty, the repair or replacement costs as well as the costs of returning the product are at the customer’s expense.
